View some of the ‘Arboreal’ paintings in private collections
The arboreal landscapes are a core part of Maggie James paintings over the last 16 years. They include six series: From The Castle Window; Alhambra; The Old Path; Long Grass, Pool and The Alternative Commute. Each series includes a number of large and small works, using both oil on linen and gouache on paper.
A collection of the paintings will be on show at Celf gallery Cardiff this Spring.
